This secondary market is introduced to provide holders, at a specific stage, with an optional transfer channel. Whether to list for sale and when to do so are entirely at the holder’s discretion. The platform does not set transaction targets or pursue market activity.
The market supports sell-side listings only. Eligible holders may choose to list their holdings for sale, while buyers may only purchase from existing sell listings. Buy-side order placement is not supported.
